Will send the book to Marysville, unless KJ has a different branch she wants it sent to :)Dawnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17737850469599690266noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5685296462146192712.post-73684576098593035032011-10-09T20:22:25.999-07:002011-10-09T20:22:25.999-07:00Good gosh, I'd die without chocolate and caffe...Good gosh, I'd die without chocolate and caffeine. But, as with virtually everything that is contraband, I assume that there will be a black market for it. I'd sell some of my water/paper rations to get raw cocoa beans, and then turn them into cocoa and bittersweet chocolate by imitating the process with my oven and a few other kitchen tools. After my beans were ready, I would turn some of them into cocoa powder and just keep some as is (making actual chocolate is much harder). I would then turn around and sell this powder and these fermented & roasted beans on the black market again, using part of the profit to buy myself coffee beans and actual chocolate. Dark chocolate would be cheaper because it requires less effort/ingredients to make, whereas milk chocolate would cost more. Dark chocolate tastes better anyway.Noahhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11173205458759576143noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5685296462146192712.post-69463818220957530022011-10-09T13:01:24.891-07:002011-10-09T13:01:24.891-07:00Out of all of these new and not-so-great rules, th...Out of all of these new and not-so-great rules, the hardest to follow would probably be the illegal chocolate and caffeine. Both substances are so addictive that I would literally go through withdrawals. Coffee is a huge industry because it keeps people going, and chocolate is an all-time favorite dessert. How creative would I get for these rules? I would probably learn how to make chocolate or find someone to grow cocoa. These days, no one can survive without either. I am no exception.Maceyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10021207793559950907noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5685296462146192712.post-58091180843745569542011-10-08T18:55:02.179-07:002011-10-08T18:55:02.179-07:00I think the harshest one of these rules would be t...I think the harshest one of these rules would be the illegal cell phones. None of my friends live near me, so if I'm going to talk to them, it's usually via texting. Without that, I'd have to bug them via email. As for how creative I'd get, I would build a water distiller and take my water from the ocean. Unlimited supply to drink and share.Kjhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00657818853915636996noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5685296462146192712.post-42190377077451590512011-10-08T10:37:26.152-07:002011-10-08T10:37:26.152-07:00I think the hardest thing for me would be having w...I think the hardest thing for me would be having water and paper rationed out because i am so used to having as much water as i want and love to doodle, write, draw, ect. and it would be hard to not have as many oppertunities and freedoms. I think i would for the most part play by the rules unless people would sell you their paper rations which i could not resist buying.~Jordan Familyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01381112924298734749noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5685296462146192712.post-40838537555866517872011-10-07T19:18:27.917-07:002011-10-07T19:18:27.917-07:00The chocolate contraband would be the hardest. I would still try and get it illegally though, even if I had to just get little bits of it and if I got thrown in jail, at least I got my chocolate!Maddy E.https://www.blogger.com/profile/13569595449611749426noreply@blogger.com
