While I'm not one to rely too much on reviews, Shadow and Bone by Leigh Bardugo has certainly received some good ones. I admit that the idea of a fantasy novel set in something approximating Russia could also be refreshing. And, ever since I read The Girl of Fire and Thorns and The False Prince early this year, I've been jonesing for excellent fantasy. Here's hoping. Have you red it?
