"Willamette Writers' goal is to provide and encourage a creative environment and support system for current and aspiring writers."The Kate Herzog Scholarship for high school senior and college freshmen and sophomores offers four scholarships ranging from $100-$250.
Submissions must be less than 1,000 words long but can be essays, memoirs, fiction, or poetry. For more information about applying refer to their website and email.
