Weekend Book Giveaway: Hades

This weekend's featured book is a beautiful brand new hardcover of Alexandra Adornetto's new book Hades:

Even the love of her boyfriend, Xavier Woods, and her archangel siblings, Gabriel and Ivy, can't keep the angel Bethany Church from being tricked into a motorcycle ride that ends up in Hell. There, Jake Thorn bargains for Beth's release back to Earth. But what he asks of her will destroy her, and quite possibly her loved ones as well.

We've got 19 people lined up to read this right now, but one of you lucky blog readers will get this one to keep for yourself!

All you have to do to enter the random drawing is tell me in the comments is tell me if you had a supernatural motorcycle, where would you travel to first, and why do you want to go there?

Random entry will be drawn Tuesday November 1, 2011. To win you must include your name or initials, and be a teen in the Sno-Isle Libraries service area.

Well the first place I would go if I had a supernatural would be The Marysville Sno-Isle Library. I would travel there first because it is only a short ride from my house and there are so many things to read and do at the library. After I have gone to the library than I would go to my house then the next day go back to the library.

Pshh...IF I had a supernatural motorcycle.
Of course I have one..
But if I had a supernatural motorcycle license (Which I don't) then I would travel to many different places. My first stop would have to be Victorian London, because, yes, my supernatural motorcycle CAN go back in time, thank you. I would visit Sherlock Holmes, (Because it can go to fictional lands, too) and become his apprentice, and be amazing with my powers of deduction. Together we would uncover who Jack The Ripper is. And then I would come home, and plan my next journey. Galifrey, anyone?

I would go to Iceland. Yes, Iceland. They have National Fairy Grounds!!! These places are protected by the government because they believe that dwarves, gnomes, elves, fey, and fairies live in these national parks. I want to go to Iceland and see some of these National Parks. Yes, all this I have stated is true. That is where I would go on a supernatural motorcycle.

Well...the supernatural motorcycle thing reminds me of another book in which a character used a supernatural motorcycle (well, it was a demon motorcycle, and he only used it for a few scenes, but it's basically the same thing). Because I love that series so much (it's The Mortal Instruments series, by the way), I would have to do what Jace did to prove my fanism- I'd jump off of a building in New York and fly through the air! Of course, in order to properly recreate the scene, I'd have to piss off a hoarde of vampires and get them to chase after me and my friends...tally-ho! Onward to New York and tall buildings!
(If that doesn't work out, I'll go to France. I hear they have good bread).
